Hello, I’m Sara!
I love to share about using art as a means for creative thinking, expression and healing. In my practice, I create a therapeutic space where people feel at ease to express themselves.
I have always loved being in my own art making world where time and reality fall away. In high school and university, art became a tool for learning and coping, and became my companion throughout my personal development and healing journey.
I use artful practices to play, discover and dive deeper into my thoughts, feelings and dreams. And I want to help you find your own strength and healing through your own creativity.
I am a multi-passionate creative who continuously enjoys expanding my learnings and insights across art, art therapy, interior design, personal and spiritual development. I am a qualified Art Therapist HH Dip (A.Th.), Life Coach and Interior Designer.
I also received a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts, majoring in Visual Arts from Deakin University, Melbourne Australia.
In my own time, I actively practice drawing, painting and sculpting, attend workshops, events and exhibitions, and grow with mentors and coaches. We are ever evolving beings after all.
